    Network Setup Problem

I am trying to configure the Network Setup in Actinic 7 for our new dedicated server at UKFast, but I keep getting the following error:
"An error occurred while sending an HTTP request to the webserver. Perhaps
your network is down or the web server is down. Try again or contact your
network administrator or ISP to correct the situation."

The network and webserver are functioning correctly. I can FTP to the server as normal via LeapFTP (the software I have always used).

Is anyone familiar with this problem?

On the UKFast server the cgi-bin is below the root directory and cannot be moved, might this have something to do with it?

Any help would be much appreciated.

You should check your network settings.

There is a thread somewhere with a discussion of the settings for UKfast. If that doesn't help then you'll need to post your settings and see if you get a reply from a couple of the forum members that use them.

Edit: Mark, this is why having two threads on the same subject is a bad idea. I see you've already posted your network settings. You definitely need to search for the thread I mention above as I'm sure it talks about using the IP address as being a bad idea.
