Windows Hosting - Email Issues

Hi All.... I have a number of Actinic sites sitting on our new vwindows 2003 virtual hosting package. All sites are in their own folder under one domain name.
These site are very simple and act as brochures only so no transactions take place.
All seems to be working fine apart from the contact us form. We also have an enquiries form. Neither of these report any errors when posting the form, but no emails are received either.
I have enabled php and perl on our server, but still no joy.
What component/s need to be installed on a windows server? Can anyone advise what the problem may be?

I'd ask your host if they have to enable anything first for email to work. Also ask them if they have a formmail they recommend and can they point you to documentation for it.

Is Outlook email working, is it just server mail (sendmail) not working?

Outlook is working fine. I'm waiting for a response back from our hosting company.
What mail server components does Actinic use?

on the server it uses sendmail.
