no ftp panel/window on refresh website

Hi there

I have just moved our actinic (7+patch) shop to a new server.

On my dev machine when you refresh/update the site the ftp panel shows

on the clients machine the the panel does not show?

I came accorss this before (bug in V7) and found the solution here [1] but 'Use enhanced FTP' is not checked for the new network details. Any ideas?

Before the domain name was repointed I had the ip number in the url for acatalog and cgi-bin e.g.

acatalog url: http://11.222.333.44/acatalog

cgi-bin url: http://11.222.333.44/cgi-bin


changed to

acatalog url: http://www.domain.com/acatalog

acatalog url: http://www.domain.com/cgi-bin
