    Cannot do 'refresh website' anymore

    Hi there,

Earlier today, Actinic crashed just after a refresh.

Now, it won't refresh. It does 'Publish Current Page' and 'Publish to Web' but not 'Refresh Website'.
When I do, the first dialog comes up about not having an SSL, and then it locks. If I press ctrl-break, it frees up and I can continue work.

Task Manager shows no activity while it is locked.

Naturally, reinstall seemed the best idea, but v9.0.5 was available so I did the upgrade instead.

No luck - now running 9.0.5 but still have problem
Strange anomoly: Also cannot do 'help about', though haven't found any other problems yet.

    Help!
    Kind regards,
    Phil Benjamin

Are you using SSL? have you checked the SSL settings?

        Screen problem

        Hi there,

Thanks for the response. I was just about to start doing those checks you mentioned, when I realised what the problem was.

The second dialog box (the one that says 'Are you sure you want to refresh your website') was appearing OFF of the screen! I have a dual screen set-up and it clearly got confused. Once I reset the monitor settings, the dialog box appeared (in a different screen to the main one, I should point out) but then all was well.

        That's a new one, anyway.

        Thanks for your assistance.
        Kind regards,
        Phil Benjamin
