Can someone test and report for me please?

Hi we have a problem with the following websites

http://www.qualitysilver.co.uk and http://www.quality-titanium.co.uk

When you carry out a search or add to the cart an error is displayed. We can view it on several computers in different locations, however the host Pinbrook can not see the error and it is working fine for them.

Could anyone try a basic search and post their results for me please?

First one reports:

Error: Couldn't open config file "cgi-bin.qualitysilver.co.uk.conf" nor "cgi-bin.conf" after searching in path ".,/etc/awstats,/usr/local/etc/awstats,/etc,/etc/opt/awstats": No such file or directory 

- Did you use the correct URL ?
Example: http://localhost/awstats/awstats.pl?config=mysite
Example: http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/awstats.pl?config=mysite
- Did you create your config file 'awstats.qualitysilver.co.uk.conf' ?
If not, you can run "awstats_configure.pl" from command line, or create it manually.

Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory).

As does the second, both screwed for me.

Very strange, as i can order from these sites!!

However i have deleted and recreated the cgi-bins. Jason needs to upload the sites again and then we will retest.

Many thanks Lee, your post gave me confidence that I wasn't going mad and gave evidence to Pinbrook of the problem that they could not replicate.

All sorted now, fingers crossed.
