I'm running V10.0.2 KIIA, life was good then FTP problems stated. During the upload process 'Checking html pages' the ftp dialog box disappears or an error popup appears and the file ss000002.pl seams to be causing the problem.
I have carried out a purge and compacted the database but the problem is still there.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
