Server Outage

Hi, does anyone know a contact number for Actinic that works at weekends,
I reported an issue yesterday at 16.15 that I was unable to access Actinic's servers, I have no website, no emails and no access to orders and this issue still persists.
Can anyone please help.

We you not given a 24/7 telephone support number when you took out the hosting?

no weekend phone number, I have the hosting, actinic payments and pay for actinic cover

Yes thats my website, i cant access it though, and i've done a test in Network Setup and i;m unable to connect to the server... Unable to connect to the FTP server "81.29.88.121". The connection with the server was reset

The chap I spoke to at Actinic yesterday could view it on his computer, but rang me back 5 mins later saying there was a server issue

Works fine for me too (once I'd got through the splash screen which flummoxed me at first)

I'm able to access the internet and view anything but my site, Actinic host the site???

Can you download orders? Have you tried clearing the internet cache?

And your network test fails? Did you change the settings?

deleted the cache, yes the network test fails
