    Server communication problem

We've just moved control of our domain to our new host but not moved our website; the A record values have remained the same.

The website is still visible, works fine, takes orders and we can download them however since the domain move we have been unable to upload to the server... the error message is Server Not Recognised.

Any ideas? Are we missing an additional A record or other domain setting??

Uploading uses the ftp settings which requires an ftp account on the server that is actually holding the web site, if you have moved the domain to a new host but not the web site then you may have to modify the ftp settings, difficult to advise as we do not know your current settings, try posting the Network Settings, but make sure you remove any user names or passwords.
