    Difficulty uploading a site V9

Hi, I have had Actinic Multi Business V9 for a number of years running one site.I decided to run another site but I am having difficulty uploading the site through the "Network Setup" wizard. A "Test" returns a confirming email, so the mail setup is correct. Then when I press the Wizard it runs through all the paths until it gets to the "Email setup" and fails displaying the attached message.

The "Refresh Web site" and "Publish to Web" functions work. The Help/Troubleshooting Web Site Purge and Refresh functions Delete Perl ....... and Delete Cat ........ will work individually, but strangely not together. The
Web Site Analysis shows the files are there and that the permissions are "Success"

I can see the site on my browser yet my ISP claims they cannot. I have tried other peoples computers and sometimes the site appears and sometimes not.

I have tried downloading and installing Actinic onto several friends computers, importing a snapshot and trying to upload and it always fails at the same point. Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong or is it a problem with the Wizard or can I disable the final part of the Network Wizard? to allow the site to upload.

    Please Help

The error message says Actinic can't send an http request to your site so it sounds more like a hosting issue than an actinic one.

    What's the website url?

The site seems to be working fine for me.

If the hosting was only recently set up then it might have been a dns propagation issue.

Try re-running your network test. If there's still a problem then it might be a mistake in your network settting. You'll need to save them to a file and then copy and paste them into the forum if you want us to take a look.

Thanks, the screenshots are attached the Wizard works fine until the email setup and then I always get the HTTP error message. A test at the start always returns an email.

Rather click on the Export button on the right side and save as a text file. Open the text file and remove any usernames and passwords and post the text here so we can easily see the settings.
