Just a quick pointer on something that happend to us yesterday.
Things all went pear shaped for several hours, we couldn't upload changes to the website, or download orders. We had the message pop up "HTTP Error 406-not acceptable".
If this happens to you it's NOT a problem with Actinic or your network settings, but a rare server configuration problem on servers with the mod_security settings-contact your website hosting company-it will save you loads of stress.
Note, your website will still be working and taking orders, you just can't download them until the Server security settings have been adjusted to allow access. If you want to see the Geeky stuff try Googling HTTP 406 errors!
