I've been having ongoing problems with permissions and ownership for a while now - I don't really know enough about it to solve my problems so I was wondering if anyone could help at all?
A lot of my files (for some unknown reason) are no longer owned by me. Things like jpegs and HTML files I've been returning to be owned by myself - but what about the other file types? Should they all be owned by me?
I get a series of permissions errors when I try to upload files or download orders (and have done for a while now) - and Actinic support let me upload my site to their server to test it. Everything works fine on their server, and it looks like all files are owned by the same user - would it be safe to assume I could do the same on my server?
