1&1 Email Problems Actinic 9
Hi,
Anyone else having problems with 1&1 email? A few days ago the automated emails from Actinic stopped being issued and when you try and send one we get a 'Failed to communicate with the SMTP server.' message.
Called 1&1 and they advised to try a new SMTP server address of:
mrvnet.kundenserver.de
That passes all the connection tests in Actinic BUT emails still won't send as we get the same 'Failed to communicate with the SMTP server.' message.
I've also tried auth.smtp.1and1.co.uk AND auth.smtp.oneandone.co.uk to no avail.
Anybody had same issue and cracked it?
