sudden problem with upload

Hi Guys

Can anyone help please?. we have not changed anything, went to do a normal upload but during the upload it bombs out and closes down actinic. the message we are getting is

"
Actinc has encountered a problem and has closed. You will need to restart it. details of the problem have been saved to a *dmp file which you will find in c:/program files /actinisv10/ catalog_10_0_4_0_0_0_LDZA_1206112029.dmp

Our hosting company have uploaded our snapshot to their test site and it uploads Ok for them, but not from our machine.

Can anyone give us a suggestion as to what we might do. We urgently need to do an upload as need to change emails as going on holiday and have some stock changes.

Do you have back up software running? If so try closing it before the upload.
Ditto anti-virus.

Also, try compacting the database then uploading.

Is this someone with a copy of actinic who has uploaded for you or just any hosting company who has uploaded the snapshot file

The snapshot file is just a ziped file and cannot be uploaded to work on its own, it needs to be imported into actinic and then actinic to load the files itself and put them in the right places

Try compacting your actinic and then try refresh the site
