Hi, I have a site that is currently hosted by actinic and works fine, however I need to bring the site 'inhouse' and have set up an apache server running on a windows 2003 server box.
when testing the inhouse server, at the confirm order stage (the bit where it should then open the PSP page) the page stays put and eventualy i get the following message.
Gateway Time-out
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.
cab anyone piont me in the right direction to find the fault, my suspicions are that I have got my smtp server setting wrong, my firwall is blocking some port I dont know about, or the perl script playing up becaus of one of the above.
(incidentaly, when the confirm order button is clicked, the fans on the server go into overdrive, and perl takes 50% of the proccessor time - click the button again and perl takes another 50%!
I have search for a solution to no avail so any help would be much appreciated
