    Iomart (Easyspace) Network Settings

Please very nicely can someone help my client set up her Sellerdeck email with Easyspace/Iomart?

In version 14 she used SMTPHOST 10.6.0.18 not secure not authenticated but this is not working in V18 Swift.

    We have tried:

    Code:
    localhost alone unauthenticated

    or

    smtp.iomartmail.com

    Use Secure

Use authenticaion (email address as username and pass)

    Port 465
    All to no avail!

All kind offers of help gratefully received!

    Thank you

I don't use them but from what I can see on the easyspace website.

smtp.iomartmail.com and port 465 looks right.

I would probably try unticking the 'Use Secure SMTP' box but keeping the 'use authentication'

You could also try ports 25 or 587.

untick... 'Use Secure SMTP' box... keep 'use authentication'
      Thank you Mike

We had pretty well tried all the permutations but it seemed ultimately to be a connectivity issue Iomart's end !

      Best wishes

I am with Easyspace/Iomart, but on SD version 16 not 18. I also used to use 10.6.0.18 (not authenticated) which worked on port 25, but earlier this year switched to localhost on port 587, which generally works well (again not authenticated). However I recently had problems with gmail bouncing back customer receipt emails, which I think has since been rectified by adding a pair of IPs to the SPF records.
