Contact Us Form - Adding Text

How can I add to/ amend the text "Please complete the details below and then press Send" that displays when the Contact Us Form displays to advise customers that it is not possible to attach images etc. for security reasons and to send a message first if they need to do this?

Any suggestions much appreciated.
