Am I right in thinking that to link to Protx all you need is a few keys?
Would it then integrate the transaction process into the shops template? Or would it just go to protx website ?
Like Paypal for example?

Is it also really easy to change the design and ad CSS styles?

Yes. You need to register with Protx and then you will receive a Merchant ID and key/password. You then enter these into Actinic by going to 'Business Settings | Payment and Security', adding a new row to the grid, selecting Protx and then clicking 'Configure Method'.

It would just go to the Protx website, but they may have ways for you to customise the payment templates to look more like your store.

Yes. Go to 'Design | Themes' and choose one of the 'Clean Layouts'. There is then a file in your 'Site1' folder called 'actinic.css' that you can use to add your own CSS styles. More information about designing with Actinic can be found in THIS DESIGN GUIDE.
