Been a year or two, since this last happened, but we've hit problems with1and1 outgoing mail server again.
Have been happily using the 1and 1 mrvnet server with no authentication for past 18 months, but now hotmail are bouncing back all mail saying that server is now blacklisted.
1and1's own help says that servers not using authentification can suffer with spoofing and end up getting blacklisted.
We have certainly been receiving a ton of spoofed mail lately (getting worse every day)
Trying to swop back to authenticated server
auth.smtp.1and1.co.uk
dosen't seem to help, as this won't send out any mail, and trying an alternative authenticated server (BTinternet) dosen't seem to work either (like sellerdeck dosen't seem to work well with authenticated mail servers)
Anyone else having problems last few days?
