1and1 ssl emails

I have had emails from oneandone, our website/domain/email hosts, about their email servers changing to ssl encryption in January. Does anybody know whether this will effect the network settings on Sellerdeck, and if so, what needs to be changed?

This is about encrypting the connection between 1&1 (if they host your email) and the email program on your desktop (Outlook, Windows Mail, etc). Encryption has already been available there but they're now adding a stronger capability.

It probably doesn't affect the internal connection between SellerDeck on your server and the outgoing SMTP server that sends SD email on to your customers.
