Hi
I have Sellerdeck 13 installed, Sage 50 Professional 2013 installed and I am trying to install the Sage Link
I am on Windows 8.1 (as this seems to be applicable)
I had orginally installed the mostup to date version 2.7.8 with which my licence key would not work, so this was un installed and the version 2.7.6 was installed as this is what I have my licence key for apparently.
My licence key then worked with this and I managed to get it connected up with sage with user name and password.
I processed the products and they went out to an out put file. I tried to import the prodcts to Sellerdeck and I could not find the file.
The pathways include a folder "virtual store"

The Sellerdeck link has been uninstalled and re installed countless times to try and get it to work.
Help needed as soo as poss, as I have been trying to sort this out for a couple of weeks by emailing support with no avail.
