    Order confirmation problems

    Hi

    our clients site has gone live this week and they have had a couple of orders come in. They get a notification email to inform them that an order has been placed on the site (which they want). However they also get an email confirming that they have placed the order i.e. this is the confirmation that should go to the customer that placed the order. Does anyone have an idea as to why this might be happening?

    Business settings
    Send receipt email copies.

    They probably have their own address in there.
