hello,
thanks for all these points
I am still having problems with claranet.
The main issue is that they do not answer my emails to business support.
I have just received an email from them 4 days after i pit in a request for help.
They have also sent me their own internal email by mistake.
I have tried dialing up with their own clara net isp. This also refuses to download email normally between 12-5pm.
One of the biggest problems is an error message i get sometimes whilst trying to view the site on line.
the error is

SERVER RESET
please contact admin.

All i get is an email saying that this is a known problem and is being delt with.
They have been dealing with this issue for since early january

Phone them on 0845 355 2020. I'd be very surprised if they cannot help.

Yes, I'd second that always very helpful on the phone and usually get through almost straight away. Unlike others!!

Always get call backs as well.
