errors in shop page clarahost

Hello,
I am having big problems with my site.
Far to many errors in the error log to report.
But 90% of them are a call to the following file
treasureislandsweets.co.uk/public/www/cgi-bin/acatalog/shop.htm

treasureislandsweets.co.uk being my demain.
This site is hosted with clara net on a soho setup.
This error is happening up to 20-30 times a day.
I have spoken to clara net who say that there is no problem with their server.
The url above is called when you enter the shopping area from the homepage (index.html)
This is the main way into my site and it is driving me crazy. Why so many errors. Also getting an error online when accessing random pages of
SERVER RESET
please contact your admin

I hace checked everything in Actinic Catalogue and all is fine. So why so many errors.
Any thoughts would be nice.

Have you typed that right? Because you are missing a 'l' on the end. The file is actually 'shop.html'.

Here's a suggestion.

Change the 'Base Page File Name' in 'Design | Options | Site Defaults' to 'index.html'.

This will make the first page of your store 'index.html' rather than 'shop.html'. This is generally considered a good idea.

See if it improves the number of errors you are getting.
