Actinic Business V5 Recommendation

Hi All,

Please bear with me because I am a newbie. Could anyone please recommend a Actinic Template Designer where I would be able to purchase a customised template. I have seen some quotes and they say that the prices start from £600's. I'm hoping this is very high and their are some companies with realistic prices.

Any advice would be appreciated.
