Security error on refresh website after upgrade from v4 to v6

    hi
we are thinking about to upgrade from v4 to v6 of actinic catalugue so i dowloaded thoe 30 day trial of v6 catalogue

did a back up of the site and did the upgrade, after some fixes we were ready to publish it.

when it comes to merging the site on server i get and error telling me that username and/or password under houskeeping > security
    is wrong.

am i doing anything wrong here or must i buy v6 to get it working?

    thnx

Try copying and pasting the information in Housekeeping / Security from V4 into V6.

        Hi, Birger,

I have the same problem (security wrong) with yours upgrading from V4 to V6.

Just wondered how you fixed the problem finally.

Your help is very much appreciated.

        Thanks.

          Hi Shane

In the Site1 folder on your PC there are a load of files with a CAT extension (Catalog Security Files). They are called something like A0001.cat etc (there will be quite a few of them).

Delete these files and then try doing another website refresh (click on "Web" and then "Refresh Website").

          Hope the above helps.

          Regards
