Putting html tags on text-only fragments

    Hi,

I'm still evaluating Actinic Catalog (v6.1.4) but am happy enough to have posted off a cheque! However, I'm now attempting to add brochure pages that include html tags. In particular, I want to add some text in a table, but wherever I edit it and put the table in, it also adds it to the home page. What am I missing??

    Thanks,
    Mags

If you want to have the odd bit of HTML then you can include it in your Fragment text by enclosing it in !!< and >!!

E.g. Normal text !!<<font color=red>Red text</font>>!! and now normal text again.

If you want many fragments that have some fixed text then copy the Fragment Template to a new file and edit that new file to contain the HTML you want. Use this alternative template file only for the fragments you need it for.
