    cant re-install version5

    Hi,

    Had my version 5 catalog 'networked' across several PCs including my laptop. Now i have got rid of the network and i cant re-install the software as it thinks its trying to upgrade... and not do a fresh install.

    What files are left and where so i can delete them and reinstall afresh

    Hi,

    I would use the add/remove option in the control panel to remove all 'Actinic ecommerce v5' options. This never removes everything so use Windows Explorer to browse to the c:\program files\actinic ecommerce v5 folder and manually delete it. Then try re-installing the software.

      Hi,

      thanks. I decided to edit the registry and sure enough there was an actinic folder to delete. Deleted and now re-installed!!
