A bit miffed

Having just paid over a grand for actinic Developer I'm a bit miffed:

1) You've sent me a disk with version 6.02 on it requiring me to download a 40MB file to upgrade to the latest version.

2) I haven't received the phone number for the support that's supposed to be included in my subsciptiion and I can't find it on your website.

I meant to say a 40MB download is impossible because I don't have broadband. Could you send me an upgrade disk please. Really I shouldn't have to ask for this considering the amount of cash I've just thrown at you.
