    Fasthosts config problems

I have been trying to complete and test my network settings for the store I am trying to upload and have followed the actinic instructions on the Fasthosts knowledge base but the test keeps saying that the path from CGI-bin to acatalog is wrong. I am a bit stumped on this one. I have attached a file to show the settings i have entered. As far as I know this should have worked.

    Can anyone help??

      Hi Richard,

The error is listing the contents of the cgi-bin directory so it may be that the script is trying to find acatalog directly in the cgi-bin. Can you try entering
      ../acatalog/
      instead of
      ./acatalog/
in the path from CGI-BIN to acatalog directory field. Then click Apply and re-test the settings.

        Hi Ben

I tried altering the path to ../acatalog/ but got the same error...it also shows an error sending the merge request...

Have you any more thoughts on this one.

        Appreciate the advice.

I would register an email support request at http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm and the team can take a look at your settings and give you some advice.
