    Help - Java Cc Panel Won't Work On Site!

    When I hover my mouse over the "error" - the message I receive is: "COM.Actinic.Catalog.EA not found". I have, so far:

    1. Uploaded the latest version of sunmicro JAVA
    2. Del all .fil and .cat files from the site and refreshed.
    3. Configured my IE to use accept all JAVA.
    4. Configured my firewall to allow JAVA to run.
    5. "your suggestions <HERE>"

    I really need some help, can anyone help me get this setup and working on my site: http://www.truetape.com/acatalog

    use login: Mark Tabish
    Password: Skoochie

    Thank you!!!

    We'll need a guest login and password to see what's happening.

        Hmmm... Looking at the page that tries to load the applet and I see

        <BASE HREF="http://www.truetape.com/acatalog/index.html">

        This seems wrong. What I'd expect is

        <BASE HREF="http://www.truetape.com/acatalog/">

        Also the line that loads the Java Applet is

        <APPLET CODE="COM.Actinic.Catalog.EA.class" CODEBASE="./acatalog/" ARCHIVE="encrypt.zip" WIDTH=450 HEIGHT=300>

        When on my test system it is

        <applet code="COM.Actinic.Catalog.EA.class" codebase="./" archive="encrypt.zip" width=450 height=300>

        This could be a network settings problem so it may be worthwhile posting them here (don't forget to hide any passwords)

              !SUCCESS!

              Dear Norman,

              Thank you, thank you, thank you! We are up and running again. I appreciate all of your diligence and the support through the forum that helps distance Actinic from its competitors! I cannow send an email out to my current clientele and let them know that they are "in the clear" to order.

              Thanks Again,

              Mark T
