    Please Help!!!!!

    I have a really big problem. I have just found out that the VAT amount that we are charging customers is totally wrong.

    I.e the custom vat price per is 45p and they see that when they order 5 the total vat should be 2.25 but it is 11.25. This has only just started to happen. The problem is that we've charged the customers extra aswell.

    Can I change the TAX rate from custom to VAT (normal) through access as I have about 2000 to do and this would be easier. If I can which section is it. Think its through products but I don't know which column.

      You need to go into the 'Product' table. The column is the 'Tax Treatment' column and the value you need to enter for standard VAT is '2'.

        thank you, however I have just tried this and found out the all the tax treatment codes are set to '2' yet looking at the item through Actinic show the tax treatment of Custom. I'm slightly confused.

        Is it something wrong with the software or something i've done.
