I have just moved my actinic folder. I installed actinic first and licenced it. hen just copied the old folder over the top. Went in to actinic and it all seemed to be working fine. However I have just come to upload the site and it is taking ages. It normally takes 20mins on 56K modem. We've moved to broadband and I made the changes and its taken 1 hour so far.

Try checking 'Use Passive FTP' in 'Advanced | Network Settings' and see if that helps.
