    Web configuration not available

This must be a really easy one to answer but why can I not enter the web site details option. It is greyed out, i.e Web - Configure Web site details. As is the Advanced - Network setup option.

I have generated my site but cannot access these two key aspects of the program. Any thoughts much appreciated.

Is Network Setup enabled in the 'Allow on this PC' in View/Business Settings options tab.

In version older than V6 the equivalent settings would be 'Order Processing'

One of the varieties Actinic comes in is "Host" mode. This is pre-configured for a particular ISP's setup, and consequently isn't modifiable. Could that be what you've got?

But if the store was in Host Mode, you should still be able to go to 'Advanced | Network Setup' to convert it to standard mode (by clicking the 'Convert Button'.

Did someone give you your store as a snapshot? They may have disabled the ability for you to configure your store when they created the snapshot. They would do that if they had already configured your web site settings. Try upoading and see what happens.

Fantastic. That is exactly what you suggested. It was in host mode. I clicked on Network setup/Convert and bravo, all fields became available for me to complete.

Many thanks for that life-saving tip!
