No shipping charge for customer pickup

Occasionally the customer will order online and pick up the product at our shop. Is there a way to offer a "customer pickup" option that will automatically set the shipping charge to zero?

I'm using Actinic Developer in the US and I'm using the shipping-by-weight option.

Yes, Just select the zone you want (by clicking on it) and then right click and select 'new class'. You'll then be able to add a class of shipping, give it a name ('customer collect - Free' for example) and assign a zero price to this option.

Thank you Mike. That works great. Now there's just one small issue. The "Deliver to" address on the receipt still has a mailing address listed. Idealy we'd want that to say "Customer Pick Up" but I don't believe there's a way to work that. This could be confusing to the customer when he/she sees the emailed receipt. Any suggestions?

I can't think of a work around for that.

The email receipt will still say, 'customer pickup' against the shipping method so there shouldn't be too much confusion.
