Our server has 3 users using Actinic sites with shared SSL. Each site has a unique CGI script ID number. The problem appears to start with site 3 in ca000003.pl when you click "checkout now" and you move over to SSL and access the os000003.pl file.
You can change the ID to #4 and you will see that it now uses os000004.pl but it still shows the cart ontents of site #2.
It returns the cart contents of site #2 instead of site #3 no matter what the CGI ID number is. I assume the problem is in the nework settings setup of #3 but not sure where to try some changes.
