2nd day air and overnight are usually calculated by dimensional weight compared to actual weight. Worldship is setup to calculate solely by weight. We would like to add an additional charge ONLY if 2nd day or overnight is chosen to cover the usual additional cost of dimensional weight. Right now it is underestimating the cost of our 2nd day air and next day. So far I have only been able to find how to do this on the error handling tab under service provider. Any ideas?

I've had a look and I can't see anyway of doing this in the UPS Online Tools plug-in for Actinic.
Actinic sends the weight of the order off to UPS Onlne, not the dimensions so UPS can only calculate the cost based on the order weight.
I've had a look to see if there is any way to alter this behaviour, and add an extra charge just for certain shipping methods, but there does not seem to be a method.
I will add this to the wish list for you, and ask the team if there is any kind of short-term fix.
