shared ssl provider for my new shop (www.cityblinds.co.uk)

I am a first time user of actinic although I have made other shops. We have an existing SSL supplier (https://youpay.creditcrypt.com/ )and would like to use them to take payments from our new actinic shop.

The shop keeps rejecting the ssl server url as unknown even when I fill it in in the 'business settings' /shared ssl/ configure method section.

I have twice written to support@actinic.co.uk (I am out of my 30 day tel. support period) and been totally ignored - I am getting rather frustrated - perhaps someone here can help? please...

    regards

Shared SSL in actinic speak in not the same as normal shared SSL. Catalog does not run in normal shared ssl space it needs its own special SSL.

Shared SSL is a feature you need to buy from actinic or an actinic reseller.

or just buy your own SSL cert

        thanks to Jo and 4sure

Many thanks to you both for clarifying this for me. I hadn't realised that actinic shared ssl was different to normal shared ssl.

After reading the helpful info on Jo's site I will initially try the java option and probably come back to 4sure for the padlock after seeing my client next week.
