    Error Message on Order Transfer

    I'm using Developer version 6 US. I cannot transfer an order to Quickbooks because I'm getting an error message that says "The name 'Ground' of the list element is already in use." I'm using "Ground" as one of my shipping method choices. I know that it is already in use but why can't I use it repeatedly?

    Can you please submitt this through the support form at Actinic.com
    We will need to get a snapshot of your Actinic database and I will need to know your order number your trying to process. As well please tell us which version of Quickbooks and Actinic your currently using (i.e. Actinic version 7 egsa, Quickbooks premeir 2003). We can look at the database, replicate the error and correct the problem for you.
