Shopping area

Site been up and running for about a week, but now cannot retrieve orders(icon is greyed out) and shopping area of site has gone down! Help!!

You might want to take down this page while you fix the problem as it doesn't look to good.

Have you made any changes to your Perl any where??? You might want to upload the site to a test area and start removing stuff until you have fixed the problem.

Have you been in touch with your hosting company??? Do you have access to your error logs so you can see where the problem is occurring, as the message I'm seeing doesn't make a huge amount of sense to me.

It looks to me as if you have edited the cgi scripts and left an error in there.

The best thing to do is backup your amended scripts, and then copy the original scripts into site1 and upload to check the errors have gone, then go back over your changes to isolate the fault.
