Help,
I recently had to format my PC with no back up. How do I download the site back in to actinic? Please can any one help?

So so you not have a snapshot of your site then? If not, then I'm afraid you are going to have to re-build your store within Actinic.

Don't forget that all the images are online in the 'acatalog' folder so you can download those. You can also copy and paste your product descriptions from the online site. I suggest you manually FTP up a holding page ASAP to stop customers placing any new orders.
