New version of index.html will not upload to server

    Hi,

I made a few minor changes to my home page (index.html) yesterday and uploaded them succesfully to my server. I went on to make a few more changes, but I can't get the later version uploaded to my server/display on my website. When I logged on to my server and looked at the html, is is showing the old version from yesterday.

I've tried the 'publish to web' and 'refresh website' options from within Actinic, but I can't seem to this change actioned.

Can anyone suggest a way to get round this?

    Thanks

I have sorted the problem out. By changing some details on one of the pages in the online catalogue it forced the homepage to be uploaded.

if you do this the html file will still be shown in preference to htm

you could delete html and refresh

there are various options some as mentioned, also saving as a index.php. uploading then changing it back. Making a slight change to the layout in design view, like removing a blank line or simply calling it index1 the uploading and changing back to index.

these should force actinic to make the upload.
