1. On the Customer Accounts Tab Search by Other Criteria, you can do that on the order tab, but not on the customer accounts.
2. Ability to filter the customer accounts by Type, we have Members, Trade, Premium Trade and Distributors.. sometimes I want to view/modify a group and there is currently no way of doing that. This would be useful on the customer accounts pages as well as the order pages.
3. On the order, select the company name as the invoice name, unless blank then put the customer name. Can't see the point of having Company Name on the customer account page if its not used as the primary name if its filled in. This should also be shown on the order tabs like that.
4. Allow more than one customer account with the same name. Appreciate this is probably a biggie, but we are now coming up against accounts with the same name and the only way we can put them in is 1. A Smith 2. A Smith.. this brings into play my reason for wanting change 1. Name is not really the best search criteria as if I havd four A. Smiths all with different number identifiers, I still would have to check all of them to find the right one.. customers do not like to be kept waiting on the phone while you hunt around trying to find the correct details.
