eBay order management stopped automatically retrieving orders

Hello,

Has anyone else eBay order management stopped automatically retrieve the orders into Sellerdeck.

So now i can only retrieve them by selecting the download from last - days section.

If i try from placed since last retrieval it just says downloading from eBay...

1) We are getting close to being ready to deploy the Swift template but have run into a problem which unless resolved, means the work has been wasted. On importing orders from the current, live database in v2018, I get an error saying "Table 'Order' already has an index named Order_ME_QOP_Update_Date_IDX"....
