Printing Individual Invoices when all Pending orders are highlighted and selected

Hi,
When I select all pending orders to complete using one-click order completion, all the invoices are put into one pdf as the selected printer.
How do I get an individual invoice for each order and automate the invoice pdf name to the order number?

Hello,

I have just received my first order on my store, and have completed the process.

When I printed of the invoice, it states that it is not a tax invoice.

Can anyone explain why this is as it contains all my information that is necessary.
