We have Teclan's single page checkout plugin running on Actinic V9.0.4.0.0.0.JFJA and we're keen to add a second payment method (PayPal) to go alongside the ever unreliable SagePay.
As many others before me, I strongly prefer a clickable image (don't believe that's possible) or radio buttons...
