js? page appearance

My first two (amateur) sites. Viewing the w3validator errors I noticed several pages on my sites that look nothing like the page by the same file name at actinic.

Q. how can I get my pages (below) to look like the plain text actinic page (also below)?

Hi,
I currently use fragments within sections and wonder if there is a way in which the same fragments could be used/displayed automatically within the product pages of the products that sit within that same section?
Anyone have any ideas as I'm fresh out of them on this one!

My clients are currently using v8 but have never been happy with the shipping options in that version.

They ship globally and the shipping is weight based however ideally they would like to be able to provide free shipping on some products to some locations.
