Installer shows a ‘Preferred MS Access drivers not found’ message

This message is shown when the installer cannot find Access 2010 (x86) or a later version and cannot install Access 2013 (x86).

SellerDeck can run without either of these drivers by using MS Jet or MS Access 2007 if installed, however MS Jet has performance issues and MS Access 2007 has been found to cause problems.

The following articles will help you to determine what you have installed and how to install the preferred MS Access Driver.

How do I determine which MS Access Driver is being used?
Should I install Office (x86) or Office (x64)?
Which versions of MS Access does SellerDeck Desktop support?
How do I install a supported version of MS Access Driver?
