One easy way is to change your "hosts" settings. this is the tool that initially controls the "name to IP address lookup" - using this utility, you can tell your computer that "www.ebay.co.uk" is now found on YOUR computer (127.0.0.1) - when any of your staff looks for ebay, it goes looking on YOUR computer and comes back saying "page not found"
pop over to a site called hostsman and then download the programm "Hostsman"
another very good site is http://hosts-file.net/ - they offer a "hosts" file with lots of advertisers and so on in the list, all pointing to 127.0.0.1
Porn and malware sites also get into the list.
if theres any sites YOU actually want to visit, then find the site in the list, comment out the line and that site will be allowed to access.
Youv'e only got to look at the IE history to see which sites thay vist and over time, all the "interesting ones" will become restricted.
occasionally some of those sites are essential even though they are in the list, again just comment them out.
Its a brilliant way of stopping those "flash adverts" that distract you when visiting sites.
