After 1 yr (minus 3 weeks) a customer has emailed to say that an item that was on back order has never been received and the other items in her order broke before they were ever used....
She insists that our service is so poor because we never let her know that we could not deliver the goods to her.
Of course she is insisting on a refund.
I just can't beleive that it has taken her a whole year to complain.
