    well I'm not so bothered about that - it wasn't the point I was trying to make - I was talking about someone who received it, cancelled it, but refused to send it back. no reasonable person would do that, but there are plenty of cheeky buggers out there who could take advantage of us with the way the DSR is written...

      luckily for us (general "us", as webstore owners) the majority of customers don't know their full rights as far as the DSRs go and so don't see this "loophole" to exploit it!

        There certainly is and im sure it is only a matter of time before someone does, hmmmm maybe mentioning it to the FSB and see if they will take it on LOL
